Coaching

3D Coaching offers Group Skill sessions as well as Individualised Programs to assist Athletes in increasing their swim/ride/run/transition skills and fitness to achieve their goal.

Individual Adult Programs
Coach will develop a program specific to your requirements taking into account your available time to train, any medical conditions, your race goal and the distance that you would like to race.  This could be the Local Enticer/Sprint Series or an Ironman.

Multi Discipline Program $130 per month (Age Grouper Programs + Squads)
Single Discipline Programs $100 per month (Programs + Squads)

Individual Junior Programs
Coach will develop a program specific to your requirements taking into account your available time to train, any medical conditions, your race goal and the distance that you would like to race.

Group Skills Session
Coach will conduct Group Skill Sessions to build your confidence and technique for each discipline; these could be specific disciplined sessions to a triathlon specific day camp.  Stay tuned to 3D Coaching / Triathlon for details or send in your enquiry now.
Sessions include:
- Open Water: Gain confidence in open water swimming, learn techniques to sight, turn around the buoys effectively, efficient swim entry and exit
  as well as deep water starts
- Pool Skills: Focus on stroke technique and efficiency, learn drills to aid stroke improvements and learn how to get more out of your swim sessions
- Bike Handling/Transition Skills: Back to basics with changing a tyre but also focuses on bike awareness and proximity with others, learn bike
  handling drills to assist in improving your efficiency as well as Transition skills to ensure you are in and on your way quickly.
